But in case you are not, perhaps the size is a little off or the model just isn't right for you—we will send you a replacement or issue you a quick refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. With every order, we send a return label and return form so that you can easily provide us with all the details needed.

Exchanges are always FREE and returns cost a flat rate of only AED.20 when you use the shipping label included.

In addition, every product purchased comes with the “Hayabusa Warranty”. This guarantees your product is free from manufacturer’s defect or it will be repaired or replaced within 90 days from the date of purchase. Any related shipping cost will be our responsibility as well.

Steps for returning or exchanging items bought online

Step 1 - Fill out the return form

Fill out the return form that came with your package. If you cannot find your return form, please contact for more information.

Step 2 - Pack your item(s)

Pack the return item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible, remember to include your return form.

Step 3 - Address the package

  1. Affix the return shipping label that came with your product to your package.
  2. Make sure that no other tracking labels are showing.
  3. Remember to write down your tracking number for reference.


    Step 4 - Ship it

    Drop off your package with the carrier.

    NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose not to use our prepaid shipping label, shipment is at your expense. Also, we don't refund original shipping and handling charges.
