The largest Glory Kickboxing event ever is smashing its way to PPV on December 10, 2016 at the year-end show in Oberhausen, Germany.
The epic night showcases the highly-anticipated match up of heavyweight warriors, Rico Verhoeven and Badr Hari and a Welterweight championship battle between Nieky Holzken and Cedric Doumbé.
Verhoeven, the reigning Glory Kickboxing Champion, looks to keep his heavyweight legacy intact with a major win over his controversial rival. After winning the Glory title in 2014, he has dominated the division ever since; defending his title 4 straight times with notable victories over Benjamin Adegbuyi and Anderson "Braddock" Silva. Former K-1 heavyweight and It’s Showtime Heavyweight Champion, Badr Hari enters the Glory ring on a 5 fight win streak with a 2015 TKO victory over Ismael Londt at the Akhmat Fight Show in Russia. After repeatedly calling out Verhoeven, Hari finally gets his shot in Glory with the young heavyweight phenom. Prepare for an all out heavyweight war.
Undefeated since 2012, Glory Welterweight Champion and Team Hayabusa Athlete, Nieky Holzken defends his title for the 5th consecutive time against Glory newcomer, Cedric Doumbé.
